Two departments fighting over an insurmountable problem.

I have helped departments go from toxic and adversarial, to focused and working together.
As the outsider looking in, I can see the unhealthy communication, the politics, and stubbornness.
However I also understand the company direction, see the big picture, and work to make sure each department, each process and each person pushes the company forward.
Sometimes to effect forward movement a large scale, multi-departmental, change needs to be implemented, sometimes all I needed to do is move a paper tray.
